TIRR Memorial Hermann-The Woodlands Outpatient Rehabilitation offers multidisciplinary inpatient and outpatient medical rehabilitation. The hospital’s inpatient center is designed to help patients reach optimal functionality following an injury or illness. The Outpatient facility is changing patients’ lives by helping them regain the skills and confidence they need to reintegrate into the community. TIRR Memorial Hermann-The Woodlands Outpatient Rehabilitation also offers inpatient, medical rehabilitation through its unit on the 7th floor of the East Tower. The unit is specially designed and opened in early 2014, it features a special gym and areas with home-like settings, including dining areas, kitchen spaces, computers and laundry.

TIRR Memorial Hermann-The Woodlands Outpatient Rehabilitation is located on the campus of Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Medical Center at I-45N and Research Forest Drive on the second floor of Medical Plaza 2 at 920 Medical Plaza Drive. Surface lot parking is available on site. Free convenient parking is located in the parking garage and surface lots directly next to 920 medical plaza drive. There are multiple handicapped parking places on each level of the parking garage located in close proximity to the elevator. TIRR Memorial Hermann-The Woodlands Outpatient Rehabilitation has a convenient drop off area for patients at both entrances of the building.
