Memorial Hermann Medical Group (MHMG) located at the Memorial Hermann Convenient Care Center in Greater Heights is a primary care facility serving the Greater Heights, Woodland Heights and Rice Military neighborhoods in northwest Central Houston.

Located next to Party Boy and across Studemont Street from Kroger in the Greater Heights neighborhood, inside the Memorial Hermann Convenient Care Center, MHMG is your one stop for convenient health care. Our physicians specialize in family medicine. In addition to a 24 HR emergency care, the Convenience Care Center in Greater Heights also offers onsite diagnostic labs, imaging centers (including mammography) and sports medicine and rehabilitation.

MHMG inside the Convenient Care Center is accessible from Interstate 10/Katy Freeway, northwest of downtown Houston. In addition to primary care and emergency services, we offer physicals exclusively for Shell employees at this location.

MHMG Greater Heights offers pediatric vaccinations for children ages 5 and up, as long as they are up to date on their childhood immunizations.

Additionally, emergency room reservations and appointments with one of our primary care physicians can be scheduled in a variety of ways. We also offer an online patient portal, which connects you with your medical charts and the Memorial Hermann team. The online portal is also available as a mobile app, available for download through the Apple and Google Play stores.

Pediatric Vaccinations

All pediatric patients are required to be up-to-date on all immunizations or scheduled to receive recommended immunizations when visiting Memorial Hermann Medical Group practice locations unless there is a medical reason that the child cannot be completely vaccinated.

In accordance with the immunization schedule published by the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) and the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CSC), the pediatricians of Memorial Hermann Medical Group recommend all children receive vaccinations for the safety and wellbeing of each child and the community.

We believe in practicing evidence based medicine and providing high quality health care for the children in our community. Based on all available literature, evidence, and current studies, we believe it is safe and appropriate to administer the vaccines according to the above schedule.
