The 4,000-square-foot facility will offer services to individuals needing single or multidisciplinary therapy for adults in the areas of cancer rehabilitation, lymphedema and limb loss integrated with rehabilitation physician care in a single, coordinated practice location. This innovative practice will be led by Carolina Gutierrez, M.D., an expert in the area of cancer rehabilitation and survivorship as well as Danielle Melton, M.D., a noted expert in the care of patients with limb loss.
