Memorial Hermann Northeast Hospital was the top fund-raiser at the Greater Lake Houston Heart Walk held on the Lone Star College - Kingwood campus. Northeast employees raised almost $14,000 and Heath Rushing, service line administrator and Northeast team captain, raised the most money - $1,270. A total of 238 employees, family, friends and a few canines participated in the annual Walk to raise funds for the American Heart Association. Memorial Hermann Northeast is the title sponsor for the Greater Lake Houston event.
