Dr. Carlos Vallbona
Carlos Vallbona, a physician and architect of the Harris Health Community Health Program died Wednesday, Aug. 5, 2015. He was 88.
Dr. Carlos Valbona specialized in management of post-polio syndrome, a condition that affects people who previously contracted polio.
