TIRR Memorial Hermann Outpatient Rehabilitation at The Woodlands is located on the campus of Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Hospital at I-45N and Research Forest Drive on the second floor of Medical Plaza 2 at 920 Medical Plaza Drive.
TIRR Memorial Hermann Outpatient Rehabilitation at The Woodlands offers individualized single or multidisciplinary therapy for adults and for children ages 8 and above with:
- Generalized weakness
- Neuromuscular and neurodegenerative disorders
- Balance and vestibular disorders
- Cancer and lymphedema
- Brain injuries
- Spinal cord injuries
The Challenge Program provides a comprehensive range of
services to help brain injury and stroke survivors maximize their potential,
celebrating milestones and successes through each step of recovery. Specialized
services focus on community re-entry skills critical for the transition to
independent living, school, work or volunteer activities.
